Conditions of Acceptance

All cats to be boarded must have a current valid certificate of vaccination against Cat Flu and Feline Enteritis.

Please remove collars prior to admittance and ensure cats are transported in a secure basket. No responsibility will be taken for pets arriving until they are in their suites Owners are obliged to inform us of any new medical conditions not already disclosed and to make us aware of changes to any pre-disclosed medical conditions of their cat. No cat will be released from the cattery to any other person, except to the owner, or to an agreed person nominated by the owner, by pre-arrangement. We will not accept un-neutered Males over 6 months of age.

Should any cat fall ill whilst being boarded the management reserve the right to call a vet and act upon his advice and the expenses incurred be met by the owner of the cat If any cat boarding is found to have an infestation of fleas or worms on arrival the management reserve the right to treat the cat at the owner’s expense. If a cat is insured with an owner policy please inform us if you make any changes or cancel your policy.

A booking may be changed up to 14 days before commencement subject to availability, If 7 days or less notice of cancelation is given then the full original booking fee would be required to be paid. Boarding fees will be charged for the day of arrival and the day of departure. If a cat is collected before the end of the period booked, fees are still payable for the cancelled period.

We accept cash, credit & debit cards and Paypal.

If an emergency contact number has been left, please ensure that this will be checked at points whilst you are away.

Any boarded animal that has not been collected WITHIN 14 DAYS of their Departure date from the cattery AND whereby no communication has been received from the Owner / Agent, the animal will be considered abandoned. The management of the cattery reserve the right to re-home, sell or otherwise dispose of any abandoned animal at their discretion.

Whilst cats boarding at Rosegreen Country Cattery receive every care and attention, they are boarded entirely at the risk of the owner. These conditions of acceptance will be valid on this and any future stay at Rosegreen Country Cattery.

Privacy Policy.

Information collected about you will be used purely for the completion of the booking form and to provide a good service. No details are passed to a third party or used for other purposes.

Agreement.

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between you the ‘Client’ and ourselves. You’re accessing of this website and /or undertaking of a booking indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
